1. Who we are

Sports Glamour Model Agency (Company 07631483) operates this website as a model agency and directory, connecting models with agencies, brands and photographers, and giving verified industry contacts access to model portfolios.

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect, and why

If you apply to become a model

• Contact and identity details you give us: name, date of birth, email, phone, location.
• Physical measurements and appearance details you choose to provide (height, bust/waist/hips, shoe size, hair/eye colour) — used to build your public profile.
• Portfolio images you upload, for your public profile.
• A government-issued photo ID, used solely to confirm your identity and that you are at least 18 years old before your application is approved. See section 4 for exactly how this is handled.

If you register to view adult content

• Basic account details (name, email, profession).
• A government-issued photo ID and a selfie holding that ID, used solely to confirm you are at least 18. See section 4.

If you build a comp card (models only)

Featured and Founding models may choose to add a personal phone number and/or Instagram handle to their comp card. Anything entered here becomes visible to anyone who views or downloads that comp card — the comp card builder itself warns you about this before you can export. Every other model's card directs enquiries through this website instead, with no personal contact details included.

Cookies and technical data

We use essential cookies needed to keep you logged in and remember your session (e.g. whether you've enabled 18+ content). We don't currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use your data

• To assess model applications and publish approved profiles.
• To verify that models and adult-content viewers are at least 18 years old.
• To let verified industry contacts (agencies, photographers, brands) get in touch about bookings.
• To send you emails about your application, account, or bookings.
• To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.

4. Government ID documents — how they're actually handled

This is the part of our data handling we want to be most transparent about, since it's the most sensitive.

• Where they're stored: uploaded ID documents (and, for viewer age verification, the accompanying selfie) are saved to a private, non-public folder on our server — never to the public media library, and never visible on any public page.
• Who can see them: only site administrators carrying out identity/age verification, via a secure admin-only review screen.
• How long we keep them: the moment a decision is made — approved or rejected — the ID document and any accompanying selfie are permanently and automatically deleted from our server. We do not keep a copy afterwards.
• What we keep instead: a permanent internal log recording that a decision was made — who was verified, what type of document was submitted (e.g. passport, driving licence), which admin made the decision, and when. This log contains no image of the document itself — it exists only so we have proof the verification process was followed correctly, should that ever be questioned.

5. Who we share data with

We don't sell personal data. We share it only where necessary to run the site:

• Our website hosting provider, to run the site.
• Email delivery services, to send account and application emails.
• Verified industry contacts (agencies, photographers, brands) can see whatever is on a model's public profile and comp card — nothing beyond that.
• We may disclose data if required by law, or to protect the safety of our users.

6. How long we keep other data

Rejected model applications and their associated data are retained for a limited period in case of appeal or dispute, then deleted. Approved model profiles are kept for as long as the model remains active with us, or until the model asks us to remove them. Viewer accounts are kept for as long as the account remains active.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data (subject to any legal reason we may need to keep some of it).
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at garysportsglamour@btinternet.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.

8. Children

This site and its adult content are strictly for those aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and identity/age verification exists specifically to enforce this.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent change.
