1. Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old to apply as a model, to register a viewer account, or to view adult (18+) content on this site. We verify age using government-issued ID as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Model applications and profiles

• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application and reserve the right to accept or decline at our discretion.
• You confirm that any images and information you submit are your own, accurate, and that you have the right to submit them.
• You control what appears on your public profile via your model dashboard, including which images are shown and whether adult content is included.
• We may remove a profile at any time for breach of these terms, at the model's request, or for any other reasonable business reason.

3. Comp cards

Models can generate a comp card via the comp card builder. Only Featured and Founding models may include a personal phone number and/or Instagram handle on their card — doing so is optional, and the builder warns that this information becomes visible to anyone who views or downloads the card. All other models' cards direct enquiries through this website instead.

4. Bookings and enquiries

Any booking, shoot, or working arrangement made after contact through this site is a private arrangement between the model and the enquiring party. Sports Glamour Model Agency facilitates introductions but is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the terms, conduct, or outcome of any booking arranged between users.

5. Viewer accounts and adult content

Adult (18+) content is only accessible to viewer accounts that have completed age verification. Sharing your account, or adult content accessed through it, outside the platform is not permitted.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Impersonating another person, or submitting images that are not of yourself.
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct toward models, photographers, or other users.
• Attempting to bypass age verification or access adult content without completing it.
• Scraping, redistributing, or reproducing site content or model images without permission.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms.

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to verify ages and review applications, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the site will be error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
